Show questions

  • The official stage times will be on display at the venue on the night of the show. Timings are advisory and subject to change.

  • It will clearly be stated on your ticket when the venues door times are. We advise allowing plenty of time for travelling and security checks

  • Always bring ID with you to an event as it is very common that you will be asked for it.

If your planning on buying alcohol at the bar please bare in mind that most venues in the UK have implemented the challenge 25 campaign. Please see the below link for more information.

    http://www.wsta.co.uk/challenge-25

  • A full or provisional driver’s licence or a PASS card as ID, and a valid passport will also be fine.

  • Please email us at enquiries@themjrgroup.com letting us know the specific date and show that you are attending and we will be able to let you know. There will usually be signs up in the venue to advise that strobe lighting will be used. If at any point your worried or need help please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help you.

  • Unfortunately banners and flags are prohibited. They can hinder other peoples views at the show and are a health and safety risk. If you bring these items  door staff will more than likely confiscate them.

  • Unfortunately no pets/animals are allowed, except for registered guide dogs.

Please email enquiries@themjrgroup.com if you would like to bring your registered guide dog in order for us to confirm with the venues.

  • It’s best for everyone at the show that you don’t bring a bag. If you need to bring a bag please only bring essentials with you.

You won’t be permitted to bring large bags (suitcase, travel bags etc), this will be at the door staffs discretion.

  • Please contact marketing@themjrgroup.com for all requests.

  • If there has been a significant change in timing/venue then you are able to request a refund. Please note that we will not be able to compensate any pre booked hotel or travel costs.

  • Unless stated otherwise on your ticket you will be allowed to film/take photos on smartphones.

We do ask you to turn off the flash to avoid distraction to performers and other members of the crowd.

You will not be permitted to take camera equipment without prior consent, this will be at the door staffs discretion.

We allow small personal cameras and phones at our events.*

Unfortunately, we do not allow professional camera equipment, and SLR type are not permitted for audience members.

If your camera looks similar to professional equipment, then it is down to the discretion of our door staff and security as to whether it is allowed in.

Flash photography is strictly prohibited. If you are using a small camera or phone to take pictures then please turn off the flash to avoid distracting the performers and/or other guests.

If in doubt, leave your camera at home and just enjoy the show in the moment!

*In some circumstances at the promoter or artists request all photography may be prohibited. In these situations signs will display the policy at your venue

  • All of our events will have security present. We take security and health & safety very seriously and make every effort to be sure everyone is safe. You may be searched upon entry to the show, refusal for personal or bag searches will result in entry refusal.

If you need any assistance at a show please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of staff or security and they will be able to help you.

  • Unfortunately it is not always possible to bring children to certain venues. Age restrictions vary show by show and are available on the ticket.

Please contact us via enquiries@themjrgroup.com if you have any further questions.

  • Due to health and safety the following items are prohibited;

  • Good choice of present! You’ll be able to purchase the ticket and get it sent to your email address so you can surprise them. Make sure to get the tickets in their name so that they can actually use them at the show. You’ll be able to print out a copy of the tickets or forward the email on to them. If the tickets are being sent in the post make sure you leave enough time to be able to give them to the person before the show date.

  • We strive to make sure everyone at our shows has the best time, if you do encounter a problem or would like to raise an issue then please email us at enquiries@themjrgroup.com

Sometimes a show will be in one of our venues but it will be rented out by an external promoter to ourselves. In this case the best course of action is contact your point of purchase or promoter of the event directly.
