Ticket questions
-
If the event you are attending requires physical tickets these will be posted to you 2-4 weeks prior to the event. Otherwise you will receive an E-Ticket by email.
-
E-ticket stands for “electronic ticket”. This type of ticket enables us to email the ticket to you, rather than post a physical ticket. You are able to print your ticket yourself or present them for entry at the venue on your mobile device. We recommend having your ticket open and/or downloaded prior to arrival in case there is no phone signal.
-
Yes, there should be no problems with the scanner reading your phone screen. Make sure your phone screen is set to max brightness, this helps the scanners read the ticket. If the scanner won’t scan your phone it can be entered manually.

Tickets are allocated in accordance with space, If you have a seating ticket you will be required to stay in the correct area for your ticket, unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to go in the standing area as well.
-
We cannot guarantee that tickets will be sold on the door for every event therefore always advise you to purchase tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
-
There’s a chance that the tickets will not be valid. We recommend buying tickets through reputable vendors. Buying tickets from touts doesn’t help fans or artists and can often lead to disappointment if the tickets aren’t valid. Unfortunately if you buy invald tickets we won’t be able to reimburse you or allow you into the show.

If you are concerned about the vendor/website you wish to buy tickets from please contact us at enquires@themjrgroup.com and we will be able to advise you.
-
You may notice that a small fee has been added on to your ticket price, This levy assists in preserving the building the show is in and improving the audience and artist experience. The money is used to keep buildings in good condition.
-
We sell our tickets through third party ticket vendors. The admin fee is collected by the vendors and we are not incontrol of the rates.
-
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do in this situation. Tickets sold by unauthorised sellers are not in our control and therefore we strongly advise against buying tickets this way.
